Jay Acupuncture
& Herb.

Websites & UI

Jay Acupuncture & Herb has been treating Suwanee since 2019, almost entirely on word of mouth, and had never had a website. The idea was to give a practice built on trust — and on Dr. Kim’s twenty-eight years of clinical experience — a home online that feels as calm and unhurried as the room itself.

It leans on real photography, a lot of quiet space and one steady blue, so the medicine does the talking instead of the design. The whole site runs in both English and Korean, so every patient can read it in the language they’re comfortable in, and I built in larger-text and higher-contrast controls from the start rather than bolting them on at the end. Every booking button dials the clinic directly: these patients book by voice, so the site’s job is to get them to the phone already knowing what they need.
